Thomas Griffin counsels and represents public and private employees in a wide variety of state and federal employment matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, overtime, equal pay and other wage issues, retirement/disability issues (including issues relating to the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System ("PSPRS"), the Corrections Officer Retirement Plan ("CORP") and the Arizona State Retirement System ("ASRS")), administrative appeals and review and negotiation of non-compete contracts and severance agreements.
Mr. Griffin is licensed to practice in Arizona state courts, the Federal District Court for Arizona and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and regularly represents clients in state and federal courts, administrative tribunals, mediations and arbitrations.
Mr. Griffin is a member of the Arizona Employment Lawyers Association.
